Shipping Policy
Due to a high volume of orders, shipments may occasionally be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive.
If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Once a tracking number has been issued, any changes to the delivery address must be arranged directly with the courier service. Please note that additional charges may apply.
International Shipping
International delivery times may vary between 7 to 21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
Please note that international customers may be required to pay customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on health, wellness, or personal care products, including Forever Living items.
Local Refund & Replacement Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, we will replace items that are received damaged or faulty due to shipping.
To qualify for a replacement:
- You must record a video while opening and unboxing your parcel
- Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Provide clear proof so we can investigate the matter
Once approved, a replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days.
International Orders – Damaged Items
For international customers:
- If your package arrives severely damaged, you must record and report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- Approved claims will receive a store credit (credit note) for future purchases
