Return & Refund Policy – Nelly Wellness Corner

Promotions & Discounts

All promotional discounts are only valid once fully activated. For promotions starting at 00:00 AM, customers are required to refresh their carts for the discount to apply.

Please note:

  • If you complete checkout without the discount applied, Nelly Wellness Corner is not liable for refunding the difference.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the discount is visible before payment.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take quality seriously, but if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please follow these steps:

  • Record a video while opening and unboxing your parcel as proof.
  • Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide:
    • A clear image of your packing slip
    • Photos of the items received

Once reviewed and approved, we will investigate and arrange a replacement. A new package will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Products used or not in original condition

Delivery Policy

  • Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on courier operations.
  • Delivery may occur sooner based on courier capacity.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided.

Important delivery notes:

  • Couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times only.
  • If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us.
  • The customer will be responsible for:
    • The return shipping fee
    • The cost to resend the parcel

Refunds

Refunds are only processed if:

  • The issue has been verified and approved by our team
  • A replacement is not possible

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
